 Customer shall indemnify, defend and hold Univar harmless from and against any claim, demand, action, penalty or liability (including defense or settlement costs and reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from (a) the negligence or willful misconduct of Customer, its employees or agents, or (b) any use or handling of the Product.
